Dimensions and what fits
Hermès gives the Halzan Mini as 22 cm long, 15 cm high and 6.5 cm deep. The strap is quoted as a range, 52.5–112.5 cm, so the same bag can be worn shorter or longer.
With 6.5 cm of depth, the Mini is a slim bag. A phone, a card case, keys and a lipstick fit comfortably; a compact wallet will go in, but little else will fit beside it. The 22 cm length leaves room for a long phone lying flat.

Halzan Mini, Halzan 25 or Jypsière Mini
The Halzan 25 is only £50 more but adds 3 cm of length, 2 cm of height and 1.5 cm of depth, enough for a compact wallet plus a glasses case. It comes in taurillon Clemence rather than Swift, with a grained rather than smooth surface, and Hermès confirmed Étoupe, Gold and Noir for it.
The Jypsière Mini has almost the same footprint, 22 × 14.8 × 5.3 cm, but is 1.2 cm shallower and costs £6,710 in the same Swift calfskin. For a small bag in Swift, the Halzan Mini is the lower-priced of the two by £2,300.

Swift calfskin
Swift is the only leather listed for the Halzan Mini. Hermès named it after Jonathan Swift, author of Gulliver's Travels, as a nod to the older Gulliver calfskin it resembles. It is soft and tender to the touch, with a lightly marked grain, and becomes even more supple with use.
